We are looking for 1–2 additional co-op leaders

We are currently looking for one or two additional co-op leaders to join Melanie in this local venture. If that might be you, everything you need to know is below.

Co-op membership includes

• Access to our local co-op event calendar, in Mobile, AL and surrounding areas — puppet shows and storytelling events, circle time and movement activities, Waldorf-inspired handwork, arts and crafts, and form drawing for the children, plus workshops for mothers.
• Access to our private community, with member chat forums and announcements on co-op activities, event planning and more.
• Access to the The Journal — essays, articles and workshops from the The Sophia Rose Code Journal Collections.
• Regularly scheduled live workshops for mothers.
• A partial or full kit of supplies for the scheduled co-op activities. There is a basic supply list you will source yourself — knitting needles, for example.
• Waldorf celebrations for the whole family, and more.

The crafts

Waldorf-inspired crafts include puppet making, nature-based crafts, clay and beeswax modelling, and fibre crafts — needle and wet felting, sewing, knitting, crochet, spindle spinning, weaving, and more.

The themes

Fairy tales, fables, saints and sages, the yearly festivals, nature and the seasons, and more. Our homeschool co-op is currently geared for Pre-K through 2nd grade.
